Arts Amplifier works with faculty and staff interested in providing professional development opportunities to Arts graduate students. The types of supports we offer include:
Running a custom workshop
We can speak at a graduate seminar, faculty or staff meeting, or run a workshop on a variety of topics including: graduate student professionalization, grant applications, career exploration and design, and more. We often co-present with colleagues in Career Services on such sessions. See our Skills Building page to get a sense of our areas of expertise.
Advertising a job opportunity for an Arts Graduate Student
We frequently advertise short-term, paid job opportunities suitable for Arts graduate students. See our Paid Internships for examples of past postings.
Designing an In-Class Applied Project
We can support you in incorporating work experience into a class project or collaborative assignment. Our support includes applying for funding, facilitating community partnerships, and providing professional development training to students.
Partnering on a grant application
If you’re applying for funding for a project that involves student employment, we can partner with you.
