What to Expect
The Career Design Studio is highly interactive and those who register are expected to participate fully. With a small cohort of peers, you will be expected to participate in session activities, site visits, and panel events.
Bring a notebook or device for taking notes during sessions. There will be pre-reading and pre-work for each day, which we will email you in advance. On August 27, bring appropriate clothing for walking.
In our site visits, we will meet with professionals at UBC who hold Arts graduate degrees. Our panel event will invite professionals with Arts graduate degrees who transitioned into careers in various industries. This panel event will offer the opportunity to ask questions and network.
